With our insurance-backed builder’s warranty, administered by Professional Warranty Service Corporation (PWSC), there are very clear and measurable standards outlined in the warranty document with regards to one year workmanship and materials, two year major systems, and 10-year defined structural element coverage, all designed to allow you to enjoy your Cay Homes Dream Home.
